Cancellation Policy

We are so excited to work with you! We know that sometimes life alters our plans, and in this our very sovereignty. We must honor our decisions and each other. We must constrain the saboteur in ourselves. With this in mind we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Communication is key. If you need to change your appointment you have 24 hrs to email, text or phone us. If you don' t hear a response from us please make sure we have received your communication. When the service is pre paid and you cancel with in 24 hrs you can reschedule no problem. if it is after that we reserve the right to not reschedule your appointment and we do not offer refunds. If you are in a coaching program and do not cancel or reschedule your appointment in 24 hrs it will count as your session completed.
