90 minute Lomi Lomi

Service Description

The distinction between a Lomi lomi massage and other types of massage lies in the rhythmic nature of the strokes; rather than using kneading techniques or vigorously pressing into the skin, each stroke has its own flowing style that works with your body's natural rhythms. This helps to release emotional tensions as well as physical ones - making it a wonderfully holistic experience that aids both physical and emotional health. Another distinction between other forms of massage and a lomi lomi massage is that a massage therapist will only use oils when performing the treatment, as opposed to lotions and creams. The oils tend to be either Macadamia oil, walnut oil, palm oil, or coconut oil - so make sure to inform your massage therapist if you have any nut allergies! Plus, unlike a deep tissue massage (which can be uncomfortable) a lomi lomi massage is designed for relaxation.

Cancellation Policy

We are so excited to work with you! We know that sometimes life alters our plans, and in this our very sovereignty. We must honor our decisions and each other. We must constrain the saboteur in ourselves. With this in mind we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Communication is key. If you need to change your appointment you have 24 hrs to email, text or phone us. If you don' t hear a response from us please make sure we have received your communication. When the service is pre paid and you cancel with in 24 hrs you can reschedule no problem. if it is after that we reserve the right to not reschedule your appointment and we do not offer refunds. If you are in a coaching program and do not cancel or reschedule your appointment in 24 hrs it will count as your session completed.
